Avgidea Publisher
Enterprises or any other organizations can publish data to external users for sharing purpose or advertisement. Also, links to existing open data or raw data can be registered to Avgidea Data Platform. Registered data can be searched by other users through Data Search. ​
Site registration
Before publishing any data, you need to register a site, which is dedicated space to the enterprise or organization. Registration request can be submitted to Avgidea for reviewing.
1. Click on Google Sheets' menu, Extensions -> avgidea -> Publisher -> Site Registration.
2. Enter your site name and description and click submit to send a review request. After review completion, these information will be displayed under the enterprise tab of Data Search.
Publishing data
Before publishing any data, you need to register a site, which is dedicated space to the enterprise or organization. Registration request can be submitted to Avgidea, Inc. for reviewing.
1. Click on Google Sheets' menu, Extensions -> avgidea -> Publisher -> Publish Data.
2. Select your site and enter details of the data.
Category
csv : CSV file to upload from local environment
link : publicly accessible external URL to a CSV file
Name : name of the data
Description : description of the data
File : selected local file
Link : URL to the external CSV file
* Name and Description will be indexed and searchable from Avgidea Data Search.
